Criteria Guide for Off Driveway Deliveries

1. Customer must be present to receive delivery, to agree to and sign our responsibility waiver, and to assist with the dumping process.
2. Yard area needs to be dry and solid.
3. Yard area needs to be relatively flat.
4. Yard area needs to have a clear path to dumping area with no obstructions (12' wide x 12' high, clear of trees and/or wires).
5. Customer must be certain that there are no underground utilities or sub-structures.
6. Customer must inform Mulch & More of any curbs, depressions, sidewalks, etc. that may be in play during delivery.
7. Customer may incur an additional $20 fee, depending on the time and difficulty involved.
